Excel in your unique call and context

As a Christian leader, you want to make an impact for the next generation, breaking through barriers and accomplishing more. Could a coach help?  I think so.

You don’t want a stranger to try to “fix” you, but you would like to grow and reach your goals faster than you would on your own. We all benefit from someone coming alongside to help amplify what God is already doing.  (Eccl 4:9-12) That’s what I do as a coach.

As a life coach, I help next generation Christian leaders like you clarify and pursue your unique, God-given passion and call—becoming all that God meant you to be.  Only leaders like that will effectively impact their generation.

Using powerful questions and other conversational coaching skills I increase your progress and amplify the process of God’s work in you to produce growth and bring into reality the goals that spring from the passion and call he has given you.

If you are looking to grow as a leader, to reach some new goals, or to reach some old ones that have stubbornly remained unmet, I can help you. Together we can clarify your objective, amplify your perspective, multiply options, identify and overcome obstacles, celebrate progress, and stay on track.

His peace, your servant,
Stephen Feild

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
Though one may be overpowered,
    two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
